How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically 5–14 working days. Extended areas can take up to 20 working days; remote mainland regions slightly longer.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment. Times can vary slightly with driver schedules or local road conditions.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes. Some areas qualify for free delivery, while remote regions may require a surcharge. Certain offshore islands and specific postcode areas are currently excluded from delivery.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for selected mainland UK postcodes. Extended areas are subject to a £59 surcharge, and remote mainland regions are subject to a £159 surcharge.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.

Can I choose my delivery date?
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with your order details, a description of the damage, and a few clear photos of the item and packaging. If the damage happened in transit, we'll arrange a replacement.

Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours — sending photos right away helps us sort it out faster.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a greenhouse if it’s not suitable for me?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping; items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we'll issue a full refund within 7 working days, credited to your original payment method.

Can I return accessories or spare parts?
Yes. Accessories and parts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged by the customer and is at the customer’s cost. Items should be returned using tracked and insured delivery.

What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you ordered the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange an exchange. In some cases, restocking or delivery fees may apply and are assessed individually.

Product & Ordering
Is assembly complicated?
Our greenhouses come as flat-pack, self-assembly kits with pre-cut, numbered panels and step-by-step illustrated instructions. Most sizes can be assembled by two adults in 1–2 days using basic hand tools. No specialist skills or heavy machinery are needed — just a level surface and a free weekend.

Can I paint the wood?
Yes — the Swedish pine from sustainably-managed forests used in our greenhouses can be painted, stained or oiled to match your garden style. We recommend using an exterior-grade wood treatment and allowing the greenhouse to acclimatise for 2–4 weeks before applying any finish. The natural pine is factory-treated with a clear preservative, so it can also be left untreated if you prefer the natural Scandinavian look.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption.
